‘Stay with my heart tea’ is a new herbal blend to offer physical & emotional support following the loss of a pregnancy or a baby.

Pregnancy / baby loss is a deeply personal journey that can be inherently lonely. Navigating the early days, weeks & months can be extremely tough & it is something that can continue to shape life for years to come.

It can feel like life rolls on as usual all around, whilst our life has been stopped in its tracks. Our whole being has been altered for good.

It can be hard to stay with realities of the pain & grief in a culture where the tendency to bypass, skim over the depths of feeling or distract from it completely. Collectively we are not well practiced in meeting the realities of death, loss & grief.

So this tea supports a staying close to the grief, the love in our hearts & everything else that might come along with it. It is only really then that healing & recovery can begin in it’s own wise time.

Each herb in this blend offers support for the journey through the challenging emotional & spiritual experience of pregnancy loss whilst also tending to the physical recovery from birth.
