Doing this practice is helpful during times of anxiety, stress or overwhelm to feel calmer and more present. It is also helpful to do whenever you experience big feelings and sensations in your body.
Try to do this 2/3 times a week for a month and see what changes you notice in your mood, emotional reactions, and health.
Feelings and sensations are like guests moving through us. When we can allow them, they come to bring important information to help direct our next steps. This practice can really help us to allow them and move them through us.
Sending a compassionate reminder that it is absolutely ok to sometimes feel numb, anxious, stressed or overwhelmed. It is part of the human experience.
